I have worked as a financial planner for over a decade in accounting, stockbroking and planning environments, and have used a number of different software applications designed for planners, however Instead is the first application that has comprehensively met my requirements as a planner, and has done so in a user friendly manner.  Instead has allowed our business to provide a unique service offering to our clients at a competitive price.   By using Instead I can efficiently manage my client relationships and provide clients with extensive and accurate reporting. With more clients wanting to invest directly rather than through platforms and via managers, and with the growth of self managed superannuation, Instead has provided the complete software management and reporting tool needed to facilitate such a demand.  It has allowed costs to be driven down when, over recent years, revenues have been under pressure.  Instead has provided the technology to allow our business to build scale.  To date I have seen nothing that would rival Instead in its ground breaking approach to meeting the needs of anyone involved in the provision of financial services.
